I loved the location of this hotel in the gardens just a few steps from everything. Being in the center of the city made it quite easy to explore the stores and restaurants nearby. The service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff made sure every request I had was taken care of quickly. The amenities in the room included a washing machine and dryer, cookware, and kitchen utensils. I really appreciate the free Wi-Fi in the room which helped me stay connected with the world. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were wonderful as well.

This venue was fantastic and I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed for a week and a half and our bungalow had everything we needed for a long stay. The large terrace was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee while listening to the song birds, and in the evenings, we enjoyed a glass of wine while watching for wildlife in the nearby jungle. The location is fantastic, with the lively Quinta Avenida just a block away and the beach a few blocks in the other direction. The staff, especially Simona, Manuel, Jimmy, and Coco, were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist us. The pool was great for kids and the garden was like a botanical dream. We can't wait to come back!

Great vacation spot! the condo was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of six. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the location was fantastic, with everything within walking distance. We loved being just a short walk away from the beach clubs and public beach, and the fact that the condo provided beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs made our beach days even more enjoyable. the fully stocked kitchen and the convenience of having a laundry room in the unit were definite bonuses. Plus, the rooftop living area was a great place to unwind and soak in the views.

The noise coming from a nearby beach club, which could be disruptive at times. it didn't bother us too much as we were usually tired and ready to hit the sack after a long day of exploring.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of town, just a few steps away from the main pedestrian street where you can find plenty of stores, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, the beach is very close, making it convenient for guests to enjoy the sun and sand.

The beds were uncomfortable which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We had a wonderful time staying at this centrally located complex. The pool was great and surrounded by lush greenery that provided us with the perfect spot to relax. Our apartment was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed having a well-equipped kitchen to cook our own meals. we highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel’s location is perfect for those who enjoy being close to the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. It is just a short walk from several restaurants and bars. Although it's not near the beach, the hotel's pool offers a great place to relax. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with hammocks on the balcony to add to the relaxed vibe.

There were some issues with the air conditioning in some rooms that made it difficult to get the temperature just right.

Despite reporting the issue, the staff did not have the necessary part to fix it and did not offer to move us to a different room. Additionally, there were a few instances where our room was left unlocked by the cleaning staff, although nothing was stolen.
